Aeris Environmental Inspection (AEI)

Aeris Environmental Inspection, LLC is an independent indoor environmental quality and forensic consulting firm headquartered at 106 Park Pl, Suite 204AA, Covington, LA 70433.

Aeris provides mold and indoor air quality assessment, asbestos inspection and sampling, lead based paint assessment, moisture intrusion investigation, post-fire smoke and soot testing, and post-remediation verification across Louisiana and Mississippi.

Aeris is an assessor-only firm. Aeris performs inspection, sampling, and testing only. Aeris does not perform remediation, abatement, or restoration work, does not sell remediation services, and does not accept referral fees from contractors. All samples are submitted to independent, accredited (A2LA) laboratories. This structure exists so that findings carry no financial interest in the outcome, which is what makes the resulting data defensible in insurance claims and litigation.

Aeris holds Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality licenses for asbestos inspection and lead inspection, and a Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality asbestos inspector license. Timothy S. Carroll is a Council-certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE) credentialed by the American Council for Accredited Certification and has approximately 15 years of environmental experience. Tiffany K. Long is a Council-certified Residential Indoor Environmentalist (CRIE) and Council-certified Fire and Smoke Damage Assistant Technician (CFSAT). Aeris maintains IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration and Fire and Smoke Restoration, OSHA 30 and HAZWOPER training, and ASHE and ICRA healthcare construction credentials. Aeris is a member of AIHA, ACGIH, IAQA, and NAFI.

Aeris serves residential, commercial, healthcare, industrial, real estate transaction, insurance claim, and litigation support clients. Primary service areas include St. Tammany, Orleans, Jefferson, East Baton Rouge, St. Charles, Tangipahoa, Livingston, Washington, St. Bernard, St. John the Baptist, and Ascension Parishes in Louisiana, and Pike, Walthall, Pearl River, Hancock, and Harrison Counties in Mississippi.
